A: Once you reach a loyalty level you will enjoy one year of loyalty savings. Our system will look back 12 months to calculate total spend.
Q: Are these discounts calculated in addition to your sale discounts?
A: Loyalty level discounts and sale discounts cannot be combined. In an instance where a sale discount may be greater than your loyalty discount, our system will display and use the highest discount available.
Q: What if I place my order as guest checkout. Do I still get the Loyalty Pricing?
A: In order to display and take advantage of loyalty savings, you must be logged into your account when placing the order.
