Returns and Refund Policy

At Artbeat Studios, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to our support team for assistance within 30 days of receiving the order. You can do so through email at support@artbeatstudios.com, webchat, or by calling us at 949.250.4117.

Production Times:

Production times are estimated and may fluctuate at times. If you need your order prior to a specific date, you must add that as a note when placing your order. This will allow our team to confirm the completion date with you prior to accepting the order, allowing you to still cancel the order if we are unable to meet the target date. If a note is not left and the cancellation window has passed, we will not be able to cancel or refund your order.

Returns:

All items are custom made. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, our Customer Service team will work with you to find the appropriate resolution.

Cancellation and Change Policy:

Due to our automated system, we can only allow cancellations or changes within 60 minutes of placing the order.  If you've made a mistake when placing your order, or have decided to cancel your order you must be logged into your account (guest users will not be able to cancel online without creating an account).  Go to My Account, click on the order and select the line items you would like to cancel.  You must cancel within 60 minutes of placing your order. If you are a guest account you can reach us by phone during office hours at 949-250-4117. If outside of office hours, cancellations may not be possible. We cannot accept cancellations by email, chat, or text.  

Replacements:

We take pride in our work and guarantee against most material defects* (*exclusions below).  If there is a material defect, please contact us by email support@artbeatstudios.com, chat, or by phone during office hours at 949-250-4117

We will request your order number, photos, and a complete description of the issue. Our customer service team is on standby to work with you on a resolution.

Any reprint due to an approved defect will be made using the originally submitted file. A revised file submission will be treated as a new order. Any modifications made to a completed print will not be replaced, as any guarantee will be void.

Exclusions/Product Limitations:

We at Artbeat Studios are dedicated to delivering exceptional quality in every product we create. However, the unique processes involved in crafting our premium products can result in minor variations, making each piece distinctively its own. Our premium products have certain characteristics and challenges by nature. These limitations are not considered a defect and will not be replaced. Below, we outline the inherent characteristics of each media type, as well as our commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction:

Color/Quality

  • We cannot take responsibility for poor image quality resulting from insufficient resolution or incorrect exposure of the original image(s) uploaded. It is crucial to review your images thoroughly before placing your order. This includes checking all customizable aspects, such as spelling, grammar, text placement, image orientation/cropping, and your selection of material and finish.  

  • Our automated systems will process any files uploaded regardless of resolution, quality, or obvious defect.

  • Any image cut off will not be considered a material defect if our guidance on critical area is not followed:

    • Critical area: we highly recommend keeping all critical components of the image, signatures, text, images at least .5” away from the edge of the print. 

  • To ensure the best color results, please refer to our Print Specifications (https://www.artbeatstudios.com/print-specifications) page on the site for detailed guidelines on color matching. Keep in mind that we DO NOT match to computer/phone screens.  Every screen will present a different color spectrum, all screens are backlit, while printing uses inks onto a non-backlit surface.  Variations will be present. Following our specifications will help achieve the closest match between your file and the final print.

HD Metal

  • Defects in the manufacturing of the Chromaluxe metal panels we use does occur.  These are considered unavoidable and will not be considered for a replacement due to defect.  Our team reviews each order for quality and allows certain inherent defects to pass.  If you find a defect, please contact us.

  • Metal prints are printed on aluminum sheets that have a special coating. Due to the liquid nature of this coating, when dry, air pockets can appear as slight imperfections either as very small bumps or dips on the surface. We inspect all sheets for these and will position the image on the metal so the imperfection is as unnoticeable as possible. We cannot remake prints due to these minor imperfections. 

  • The heat transfer process essential to metal prints may cause darkening of the image.  Some darkening and color shift is considered a natural occurrence on White Gloss, White Satin, White Matte, and Textured Matte.  Much more pronounced darkening and color shift is expected on Silver Gloss.

HD Acrylic

  • Due to the nature of the face mounting process, small particles of dust or raised bumps may be present. These are considered unavoidable and will not be considered for a replacement due to defect.  Our team reviews each order for quality and allows certain inherent defects to pass.  If you find a defect, please contact us. 

  • HD Acrylics on Metallic photo paper will appear darker due to the different white point of the material when compared to White Gloss photo paper. It will also shift colors due to the silver metallic effect of the Metallic paper.

  • Depending on lighting, the wall mounts on Acrylic 360s and Slims products can show through the print as a result of the semi-translucent backing.  This is considered unavoidable and will not be considered for a replacement due to defect.

Damages:

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance (via email at support@artbeatstudios.com, webchat, or by calling us at 949.250.4117). Please email all pictures of damage, original packaging, and shipping label to support@artbeatstudios.com.  This information is crucial in allowing our team to determine the cause of the damage.

Price Adjustments:

From time to time, Artbeat Studios may discount certain products and/or options.  If you have placed an order within 5 calendar days prior to a discount, and your order has not yet shipped, you may contact us for a possible price adjustment.  Price adjustments are not guaranteed. If granted, the amount will be refunded back as store credit to your account to be used on future purchases.  Please note that we are unable to hold or extend discounts or promotional offers after a sale has ended. Each promotion is available for a limited time, and once it expires, regular pricing resumes.

If you have a promo code that was not entered at the time of order, you may contact us directly and speak with our customer care team.  

We encourage you to subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay informed about upcoming sales and promotions. 

Shipping:

We offer flat rate shipping for orders under $150 to the contiguous USA.  Orders over $150 receive free shipping to the contiguous USA.  Orders placed that ship outside of the contiguous USA will not be immediately sent to production and will be quoted.  Once the quote is approved, your order will be sent into production. 

If a print on your order is too large to be shipped via standard carrier, you will be quoted a freight shipping cost prior to production starting on your order. Once the quote is approved, your order will be sent into production. 

Any customs, tariffs, taxes, duties or other fees will be payable by the recipient, as these fees are not quoted by common carrier.
