We are not able to apply discount codes on orders that have already been placed.

General FAQ
No, we produce all of our prints in-house. From cutting our metal and acrylic on our CNC to building our custom wall mounts and wood crates. Everything is done in-house so that we can control our quality and turnarounds.
We can go up to 48"x96" for all materials (HD Metal, HD Acrylic, Canvas, and Paper)!
Yes, you can order any custom size you would like. It is easiest if you size your image beforehand in photoshop or lightroom. Then once your upload, choose the size option with a thumbs up icon.

While we do not have reseller accounts, we have a loyalty program that allows you to receive discounted prices on all products.

File Setup
We accept JPEG and TIFF. (Use LZW compression when saving as TIFF)
Max upload file size is 500 MB. For larger files, upload a placeholder image and email file transfer link to support@artbeatstudios.com.
150ppi is preferred. (Maximum: 300ppi-Minimum: 100ppi)
The way to determine how large we can print with your image is to first find out what the pixel dimensions are. Once you have this info, divide the number of pixels by 150. This will tell you how large in inches that we can print. For example, a 3600x5400 pixel image, divided by 150, equals 24x26. This is the max size we can print. We can go larger, but please know we are losing resolution past 24x36 (you could probably push this to 30x40 and it will still look good, but if you want to confirm, email us as support@artbeatstudios.com).
We support most all color profiles; however, for optimal results, we recommend converting your images to Adobe RGB1998. Be sure to convert and not assign the color profile in Adobe Photoshop.
- Open image in Adobe Photoshop, go to Edit. Select "Convert to Profile."
- Choose "Adobe RGB (1998)" as the Destination Space.
- Click OK.
- Save file as TIFF or JPEG.
