When do my benefits start?
Once the total spend for orders placed meets the minimum spend for each level.
How do I get upgraded to the next level?
Once your total spend meets the minimum for the next level, our system automatically upgrades your account. All future orders will qualify for adjusted discounts.
How do I maintain my loyalty level?
Once you hit a loyalty level you have one year of loyalty savings plus an additional year of grace period. Our system looks back 12 months to calculate total spend.
Are these discounts calculated in addition to sale discounts?
Once you are logged in, our system will display and use the best discount available for your tier and our active sales, whichever is higher.
