What is your pricing?
Our pricing is listed on each product page for HD Metal, HD Acrylic, Canvas, and Paper. We offer Loyalty Pricing for qualifying stores.
What do you charge for Integration?
Integrating is FREE! You only pay for the prints that we fulfill. No fulfillment fees, no account setup costs, and no monthly service fees.
Will my customers know where I get my prints?
No — this is white-label drop shipping. We do not include any Artbeat materials or pricing in the packaging and use a separate ship-from address.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Free Shipping over $150 in the contiguous US, $9.99 under. Canada rates are 20% over $150 and 30% under.
What is the maximum size you can ship?
The largest dimensions for small parcel shipping are 40" × 60". For larger sizes, contact us after ordering to discuss freight options.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to the contiguous United States and Canada.
Can I include my own flyers or inserts?
Absolutely! Up to one 4" × 6" premium cardstock and two 8.5" × 11" standard paper inserts per order. We can generate these on-site from your files.
How do I pay for my orders?
Your customer pays you when the order is placed. You pay Artbeat when we process the order. Just add your payment method in the app settings.
