Acrylic, Metal and Canvas

Covered

  • Delamination, lifting, or separation in acrylic face-mounts
  • Material or bonding failures in metal prints
  • Structural or coating failures in canvas prints
  • Manufacturing defects that affect product integrity

Not Covered

  • Improper installation, accidental damage, or mishandling
  • Scratches, chips, cracks, scuffs, or abrasions
  • Exposure to humidity, moisture, or extreme temperatures
  • Direct sunlight and UV-related fading
  • Damage from chemical or abrasive cleaners
  • Normal aging or environmental wear
  • Any alterations made after delivery

Framed Paper Prints

Covered

  • Defects in framing materials
  • Defects in matboard, glazing, backing, or assembly
  • Manufacturing flaws that affect structural integrity

Not Covered

  • Paper prints purchased without framing
  • Warping or distortion caused by humidity or temperature
  • Sunlight exposure and UV-related fading
  • Mishandling, impact damage, or improper hanging
  • Scratches, scuffs, or normal wear

Unframed Paper Prints are not covered under any warranty due to their archival nature and sensitivity to handling and environmental conditions.

After warranty expires? Contact us and we may offer a discounted reprint as a courtesy.

Production Times

Production times are estimated and may fluctuate. If you need your order by a specific date, add a note when placing your order. This allows our team to confirm the completion date. If no note is left and the cancellation window has passed, we cannot cancel or refund your order.

Returns and Cancellations

All items are custom made. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, our Customer Service team will work with you to find the appropriate resolution.

Cancellation window: 60 minutes from placing the order. Log into your account, open your order, and select items to cancel. Guest checkout orders must call 949-250-4117 during office hours. We cannot accept cancellations by email, chat, or text.

Replacements

We guarantee against most material defects. If there is a defect, contact us at support@artbeatstudios.com, webchat, or call 949-250-4117.

We will request your order number, photos, and a description. Any reprint uses the originally submitted file. Revised files are treated as a new order. Modifications to completed prints void the guarantee.

Product Limitations and Exclusions

Our premium products have inherent characteristics that are not considered defects.

Color and Quality:

  • We cannot take responsibility for poor quality from insufficient resolution or incorrect exposure.
  • Our automated systems process files regardless of resolution or quality.
  • Keep critical elements at least 1/2 inch from the edge.

HD Metal:

  • Minor surface imperfections from the coating process are inherent.
  • Some darkening and color shift is natural, especially on Silver Gloss.
  • Very minor edge chipping may occur.

HD Acrylic:

  • Small dust particles or raised bumps from face-mounting are unavoidable.
  • Metallic paper acrylics appear darker with color shift.
  • Wall mounts may show through on Acrylic 360s and Slims due to semi-translucent backing.

Canvas and Frames:

  • Small variances in canvas texture are inherent.
  • Very small imperfections in frame material may occur.
Shipping

We offer flat-rate shipping for orders under $150 to the contiguous USA. Orders, with prints up to 40"x60", over $150 receive free shipping.

Orders shipping outside the contiguous USA will be quoted before production. Oversized prints requiring freight will also be quoted. Customs, tariffs, taxes, and duties are payable by the recipient.

Damages During Shipping

If you received a damaged product, notify us immediately at support@artbeatstudios.com, webchat, or 949-250-4117. Please provide photos of the damage, original packaging, and shipping label so we can determine the cause.

Price Adjustments

If you placed an order within 5 calendar days before a discount and your order has not shipped, contact us for a possible price adjustment. If granted, the amount is refunded as store credit. We cannot hold or extend promotions after they end.
